Warping and lifted corners

Corners lift from the bed. Check adhesion aids, cooling, and the temperature gradient.

  1. Confirm surface is clean and the material is suitable for the current sheet.

    Adhesion is insufficient for the shrinking part

    Use an appropriate adhesive/release layer when recommended for that material/surface.

    Part cooling is excessive for the material/geometry

    Reduce excessive cooling where appropriate for the material.
